Accuweigh  recently supplied an electronic balance to the University of Melbourne’s Engineering Building in Parkville, Victoria.

Sold by Accuweigh's Springvale branch, the trade approved electronic balance is being used for performing precision weighing duties. Offering a weighing capacity of 410g in increments of 0.001g, A&D’s GF 400 electronic balance is a high precision and compact balance featuring optimum weighing and settling times.

A&D’s revolutionary Super Hybrid Sensor (SHS) technology improves response speed and accuracy, and minimises maintenance costs. The SHS technology combines the best of magnetic force restoration and single point parallelogram load sensing technologies with its unique design providing a class-leading response speed of just 1 second. In the event the SHS needs repair, only one of three parts needs to be replaced instead of the whole sensor, translating into minimum maintenance costs.

The GF series compact electronic balances also feature a standard RS-232 data output post and external calibration, and come with selectable weighing units.

Australia’s leading industrial weighing company, Accuweigh operates branches in all mainland states, providing superior product support on lab scales and compact electronic balances as well as all hospital and medical weighing equipment.
