Users of precision agriculture products can now advance their operation with a discounted upgrade to the FM-1000 Integrated Touch Screen Display, part of the Case IH range of Advanced Farming Systems products.
For a limited time upgrades to the FM-1000 Integrated Touch Screen Display precision agriculture system are being offered at a discounted price to those wanting to advance from the previous model field manager display and other selected competitor model steering systems.
The FM-1000 Integrated Touch Screen Display system is an advanced aftermarket precision agriculture product which features a sizeable touch screen colour display and simple functionality.
Farmers can manage a wide range of tasks with the FM-1000 Integrated Touch Screen Display precision agriculture system, from selecting the correct level of auto-steering, to monitoring tools and machinery through four external cameras.

- manual guidance
- assisted steering and full autopilot
- Real Time Kinetic (RTK) compatibility to provide steering accuracy to within 2cm
- seven steering patterns
The FM-1000 has two GPS receivers which allow farmers wider choice when it comes to steering the tractor and attachment.
This allows the operator to monitor the individual path of the tractor and attachment. If it is found that the attachment is steering along a different path the operator can program the system to steer the tractor off-line and maintain the attachment on the set guidance path.
The FM-1000 can also be programmed to keep both the tractor and attachment on the guidance path, which is optimal for applications that require a high degree of directional accuracy.
Further to these benefits, the design of the GPS receivers on the FM-1000 Integrated Touch Screen Display precision agriculture system gives it the capability to pick up a wider range of satellite networks known as the Global Navigation Satellite System, which in turn reduces the chance of signal dropout.
The FM-1000 is also interchangeable between machinery, allowing farmers to get the most from their investment in the precision agriculture system.
