Model 6100 Universal airseeders from CSN Machinery are 2-hopper units with a total capacity of around 5.5 tonnes.
The airseeders feature a simple design with easy operation and maintenance.
Standard features in Model 6100 2-hopper airseeders include easy calibration, quick cleanout facility, quick-change metering system, single/ double air system option, front wheel transport hitch and rear tow hitch.
The distribution module consists of two ribbed rollers that provide gentle and accurate metering of grains, small seeds and fertiliser. No roller changes or adjustments are required when changing from fine to coarse products.
Inspection doors on the front and rear allow easy access to the metering rollers. Sliding tank shut-off gates allow the operator to manually stop the product flow so that rollers can be inspected or cleaned without having to empty the tank.
Unloading spouts at the bottom of the tank enable convenient emptying of each compartment. The operator can quickly change from one seed to another.
Stationary rate tests can be performed simply by removing the door on the primary distributor, sliding on the rate pan and turning the metering transmission with the crank provided.
The agricultural machinery comes standard with high flotation tyres, 16/70 x 20 x 12 ply (front castor) and 16.5 x 24 x 12 ply.
An in-cab monitor is provided in the airseeders for the operator’s convenience.
