• The double-belt bale chamber has been replaced with a bale chamber, combining the benefits of both rollers and belts.
• A new designed open throat pre- chamber creates a soft core which guarantees an immediate bale start.
• A combination of 2 driven bale rollers and 5 wide-section belts improves bale rotation and reduces the amount of crop that is lost during the process.

Case IH have developed a system that improves bale structure. As the bale grows within the chamber, the belt tensioning arm is subjected to increased resistance from a hydraulic cylinder and spring tension.

The result is an increased bale diameter and density giving a firmer bale which is more tolerant to poor weather conditions creating a bale that is easier to stack and handle.
