The Anivac animal bathing system from Chemikol cleans from the skin up

Supplier News

Now available from Chemikol , the Anivac animal bathing system is an ideal dog and cattle bathing system which overcomes the natural resistance of animal hair to the penetration of moisture by cleaning from the skin up.

Anivac's patented design utilises nozzles that probe into the coat of the animal and onto the skin, after which a pressurized cleansing fluid is sprayed. The spray action washes the skin of the animal first, pushing the dirt up and into the vacuum force of the wand. The animal's coat is then washed as the solution is vacuumed up by the wand.

The Anivac dog and cattle bathing system sounds much like a carpet cleaner. While there are similarities, the Anivac system differs from a carpet cleaner in one key way. Carpet cleaners clean carpets from the top down by spraying on top of the carpet and really only washing the top.

These top down cleaning systems do not work on animals. The Anivac dog and cattle bathing system nozzles sit directly against the animals skin so that when they spray the skin is washed first, a critical difference which makes the Anivac system perform a unique way.

The massaging action of the Anivac dog and cattle bathing system's process not only flushes the dirt off the animal's skin, but also massages the hair follicles and stimulates the release of the fresh oils that protect the hair. Once these oils come out there will no longer be dirt blocking the path of the oils, meaning they can travel the length of the hair and improve the finish and performance of the coat.

In addition to the cleaning benefits of the Anivac dog and cattle bathing system, the vacuuming action pulls the majority of the water from the coat, thus leaving the animal only damp to the touch. This substantially speeds up drying times and leaves the worker and working area virtually dry. The fast drying also means animals can be bathed in winter using only common sense precautions.
