Coora Corriedales  produces healthy commercial Corriedale sheep that meet the demands of the wool and meat markets. This polled sheep has the capacity to produce heavy carcases of lambs, mutton or hogget. Corriedale is suitable for export and domestic markets. Corriedale flocks are ideal for hand spinning.

Corriedales are easy to handle as they are adaptable to a range of climatic conditions. Corriedale can produce 7 kilograms of wool and because of their wool producing capacity they are resistant to obesity. This makes them healthy and animals can have along life span.

Corriedales ewes at Coora Corriedales have healthy mothering capacity and are capable of producing healthy lambs. The inherent fertility is strong. Corriedales are strong animals and more suitable for lamb finishing on crop stubbles. With their healthy and strong mothering characteristics they can yield healthy lambing and weaning lambs.
