Rural properties from Costello Rural


Costello Rural  provide rural properties across the upper Murray regions of north east Victoria. A few rural properties currently available for sale are located in Turners Road Tintaldra, Ambrose's Road Thougla and 1512 Cudgewa Valley Road, Cudgewa.

The property based at Turners Road Tintaldra is named Horse Creek. It covers 150 acres of a prime location in the country. This land is richly supplied with water from two dams, a bore and a pump. Horse Creek, provided by Costello Rural, is fenced and suitable for cropping and grazing.

Ambrose’s is another property provided by Costello Rural. Located in Ambrose's Road Thougla, this property is currently being used as one paddock. The land includes 207 acres of freehold and 37.5 acres of leasehold. The area is supplied with power and water and is completely fenced too.

Costello Rural also provide a rural property based at 1512 Cudgewa Valley Road. This property covers approximately 320 acres of land, 3 titles and 30 acres of leasehold. The region is filled with loam and sandy loam soil. Domestic water is supplied from the Cudgewa Creek and the land has internal electric fencing system.
