High speed airseeder systems from Daybreak Equipment
Daybreak Equipment develops quality airseeder systems and focuses on delivering large quantities of products consistently and accurately. The airseeder systems are designed for operations in three different mounting positions such as trailing models, implement mounted models and front or side mounted mounted models.
The hydraulic drive system used in the airseeder equipment is developed to provide a meter free adjustment. It also has a specialised low speed Durolla motor that is directly attached to the meter with a range of 2 to 150 revolutions per minute. The airseeder system is designed keeping in mind that the hydraulic motor speed is proportional to the hydraulic control valve. This gives variable rates of yield mapping.
The bins designed in each airseeder system are manufactured from zinc sheeting. The stainless steel bins can be used for liquid fertilisers. The rear tow seeder bins from Daybreak Equipment are available in single, double and triple models with capacities of up to 12000 litres to suit various requirements. The rear tow seeder bins are available with wheel tracks, ground drives or variable rate computer control units.
Daybreak Equipment also provides front mounted bins with capacities of up to 4000 litres. Other features of these bins include a full frontal directional vision from the operator seat, high clearance short that is coupled with the curved bin, a frame ducted air system and a delivery system that measures up to 5 inches.
