The Shooters and Fishers Party’s Robert Brown MLC will be touring regional NSW next week to discuss issues vital to Western NSW, such as the Murray Darling Basin Plan, native vegetation and infrastructure.
Robert Brown will be accompanied by Federal Independent Bob Katter MP in a show of support for a resolution of these issues.
The party ‘s policy is that natural resources, when developed with sensitivity to ensure their long-term sustainability, can provide economic prosperity,
employment security and recreational opportunity.
The Shooters and Fishers Party support a withdrawal of NSW from the Intergovernmental Agreement on a National Water Initiative until a Murray-Darling Basin Plan is developed and agreed upon.
Southern Riverina Shooters and Fishers Party representative, Jim Muirhead will also join the touring party at Deniliquin and Griffith.
