More than 1,900 equipment items and trucks, including 75 agricultural tractors will be sold in the Geelong (June 25) and Brisbane (June 27) unreserved public auctions 

Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers (NYSE and TSX: RBA), the world's largest auctioneer of farm, construction and other equipment, will sell a large selection of late model agricultural and heavy equipment items at unreserved public auctions in Geelong, VIC on June 25, 2013, and in Brisbane, QLD on June 27, 2013.

"The upcoming auctions in Geelong and Brisbane feature equipment for buyers of nearly every industry—with an especially great selection of agriculture and earthmoving equipment, including more than 15 rock trucks, 60 hydraulic excavators, 35 wheel loaders, 85 tipping trailers, 75 ag tractors, 30 livestock trailers and lots more," said Warwick Mackrell, Vice President, Sales, Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers.

"With two permanent sites in Australia—in Brisbane and Geelong—we are able to provide companies with an easy way to buy and sell equipment locally, across all of Australia and to markets around the world. More than 1,900 equipment items will be sold in the Geelong and Brisbane auctions. Equipment highlights in the auctions include: 

Geelong (June 25, 2013): 

  • More than 40 unused and late-model agricultural tractors 
  • More than 25 tipping trailers 
  • More than 25 hydraulic excavators 
  • More than 20 wheel loaders 
  • 10 crawler tractors 
Brisbane (June 27, 2013): 
  • More than 30 unused and late-model agricultural tractors 
  • More than 30 livestock trailers 
  • More than 60 tipping trailers 
  • More than 30 hydraulic excavators 
  • More than 15 wheel loaders 
  • 10 Rock trucks 
All items in the auctions will be sold to the highest bidder, regardless of price—with no minimum bids or reserve prices. Bids can be made in-person at the auction site, online at www.rbauction.com or by proxy.
