Gipsy Plains Brahman  specialises in breeding commercial cattle and offers stud bulls for sale. Robert Jacqueline and Clayton Curley, proprietors of Gipsy Plains Brahman, have selected a herd using registered brahman sires with high EBVs. Gipsy Plains Brahman has been using brahman sires since 1975. Over the last decade, Gipsy Plains Brahman has sourced about 250 registered females including 120 heads. Gipsy Plains Brahman breeds herd bulls for the North West.

Gipsy Plains Brahman offers bulls that are a combination of good temperament, scale, bone, constitution, length and breed traits. Gipsy Plains Brahman produces high quality Red Poll cattle, and has invested in poll genetics to breed the type of cattle which is demanded in today's markets. Gipsy Plains Brahman also offers semen for commercial cattle breeding.

Gipsy Plains Brahman produce high quality cattle through an AI programme, which is conducted annually in its red and grey herds. Gipsy Plains Brahman uses breeds leading genetics such as Huonfels Jacob Rio, JDH Mr Crat Manso, JDH Mr Larmou, and Glengarry Waco along with its own sires. JDH Mr Larmou bull from Gipsy Plains Brahman has won the 2001 Sire of the Year championship.
