HRZ Wheats  has recently appointed Neil Comben as the General Manager of the company, right before the first commercial release of Forrest, a new wheat variety.

“Forrest has already proven itself to be a high yielding variety with good disease resistance characteristics following trials in southern Victoria last year. Neil hase been the National Sales Manger for Dow AgroSciences for the past twelve years, his vast role tasks such as managing accounts of all Australian customers to overseeing the national sales team and following agronomic trends in crop growing regions throughout Australia.

“As General Manager, a key focus will be reviewing our strategic direction as we take the company to new heights and continue to develop Forrest and the future pipeline of varieties to ensure they delivers greater benefits to growers," Neil Comben.

“The announcement of my position will ensure we are setting the company up for the best chance of success as we work towards improving the options for growers and consumers alike,” said Neil.
