Supplier News

Kenny's Creek Angus  breeds commercial livestock such as cows and bulls and at present has approximately 850 females that are performance recorded on Breedplan. All cows are subjected to strict structural assessment by an independent evaluator.

Kenny's Creek Angus aims to produce strong and practical cattle that are simple and economic to manage and produce and rear a calf every year. Kenny's Creek Angus has started a new breeding programme in its operations to produce Senegus cattle for the northern Australia. The Senegus cattle have easy calving characteristics and show significant early growth.

Kenny's Creek Angus bought an outstanding bull that was bred in the Australian Agricultural Company's (AACO) composite breeding programme. The Creek Meteor is a heavy muscled, high growth bull and was sired by the Senepol bull Castle Nugent (CN) 5562. The Creek Meteor bull attained high EBVs under AACO's genetic evaluation programme. The bull is tight sheathed and has exceptional structure and disposition. Kenny's Creek Angus is going to hold a spring bull sale on September 2008 and invites prospective buyers to inspect the livestock.
