Landmark agribusiness specialists seek interest for Foster's vinyards and wineries

Supplier News

Landmark Operations  has commenced a national advertising campaign for 31 vineyards and 2 wineries owned by Foster’s Group Limited. With a team of agribusiness real estate specialists Landmark is seeking interest from potential buyers.

The divestment program of Foster’s vineyards was revealed in February 2009. It was a key outcome of Foster’s strategic and operational review of its global wine business.

According to David Johnson, General Manager Client Services at the agribusiness company Landmark, thirty-one professionally managed vineyards in key wine regions across three states, plus two wineries is an incredible portfolio.

“There are boutique operations right through to commercial operations; blocks that are fully utilised and others with considerable expansion or subdivision potential; opportunities ideal for people to add to their existing holdings and others suited to people entering the industry for the first time.

“All sales are by registration of interest through Landmark, however they close on 22 July, so I would encourage potential buyers to make contact promptly,” Mr Johnson said.

The agribusiness team are promoting vineyards in South Australia, New South Wales and Victoria.

The South Australia vineyards are available in the following locations:

  • Clare Valley
  • Coonawarra
  • Eden Valley

Alongside the team of agribusiness real estate specialists from Landmark, Colliers International has been appointed the International Marketing Agent for the properties.
