Australia’s specialist side tipper manufacturer, AZMEB Bulk Transfer Systems has announced a new rebranding campaign following its acquisition by MaxiTRANS Australia Pty Ltd in May last year.

An updated logo, website and position statement ‘Tough Tippers for Tough Jobs’ reflect AZMEB’s fresh customer-focussed line of thinking adopted since the acquisition. AZMEB has also added to its existing manufacturing location by building a network of dealerships around Australia, while increasing production capacity by over 50%.

AZMEB General Manager, Simon Martin explains that the new advertising campaign, which is led by the message ‘More than just a new look, AZMEB has a new outlook’ reflects the company’s thought process. With a view to adding more value to their product, AZMEB has partnered with dealerships all over the country and has renewed its focus on customer service. The new logo represents both the new outlook as well as the heavy duty nature of the side tippers.

From a single facility in Bundaberg, AZMEB has, in less than a year added dealerships in Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth and Darwin, along with availability in New South Wales, ensuring the company has local representation in each state.

Production has also been expanded by over 50% to cope with the increased demand as a result of the larger distribution network, ensuring the products are as readily available as ever before without compromising on quality. Service and parts support is facilitated by certified service agents at their network of dealerships around the country who can manage everything from simple repairs through to routine servicing and warranty work. The dealer network also has access to genuine parts, further enhancing AZMEB’s nationwide customer-focussed approach.”
