Leading refrigerated transport equipment manufacturer, Maxi-CUBE will be showcasing its vans at the Brisbane Truck Show in May.
Based on the theme ‘151 improvements’, the display will highlight the evolution of their product range since the time the Classic model was launched at the Brisbane Truck Show. MaxiCUBE’s refrigerated vans have continually improved, moving with the times to become more functional, economical and thermally efficient.
Speaking ahead of the show, Maxi-CUBE General Manager, Kevin Manfield commented that the Maxi-CUBE range of vans is more innovative than ever despite its traditional appearance.
For instance, the Classic model has seen several innovations over the year such as the Maxi-GRIP non-slip floor, EBS, reverse cameras and upgraded wall construction.
Mr Manfield points out that the Maxi-CUBE products are readily customised. Several improvements have been made to meet operator specifications. Maxi-CUBE will walk visitors through each and every one of the various improvements to the range at the Brisbane Truck Show.
Products on display in Brisbane include a Maxi-CUBE C Series Classic Reefer, along with the all-new drop deck lead Slide-A-Side. The C Series is a full-length chassis model with the chassis from bumper to skid plate enhancing the strength and durability of the van. The Reefer is capable of maintaining temperatures down to -30°C.
The new drop deck lead Slide-A-Side is a result of specific customer enquiry. The Slide-A-Side is a hard-walled side loading trailer, giving owners increased load restraint capabilities over a curtain sider plus good thermal performance. Following up on customer response, Maxi-CUBE designed a lead Slide-A-Sidewith drop deck, which gives it extra volume. Additionally, mezzanine floors can be added into the bottom section of the trailer for increased pallet capacity without the risk of damage to sensitive freight.
The improvement has transformed the 12-pallet capacity lead van into an 18-pallet with the drop deck and mezzanine floor, all within a side-loading refrigerated van.
Maxi-CUBE and its 151 improvements can be found on stand number 30 at the Brisbane Truck Show 2013. The show runs from the 16th to the 19th May at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.
Maxi-CUBE is available from MaxiTRANS Australia Pty Ltd .
