As the voice of farmers in rural and regional NSW, the NSW Farmer's Association work together to ensure the best possible result for farmers, rural and regional communities.
This non-profit Association is made up of a team of dedicated Policy Analysts, Industrial Relations specialists and individuals with experience in rural communities.
The NSW Farmer's Association develop effective working relationships with key politicians and public servants to represent farming concerns.

The Association has developed a Young Farmers' Council that aims to educate, listen, advocate and interact with young members of the Association. The Council provides a platform to access information and networks which are of benefit to personal, professional or business development.
Furthermore, an annual NSW Farmer of the Year and NSW Young Farmer of the Year Awards is held as a joint initiative by the NSW Farmer's Association and the NSW Industry and Investment. The awards is designed to acknowledge farmers who combine sustainable environment practices with profitable production.
