Rabobank announce the commencement of 2012 Executive Development Program

Neil Dobbin, Rabobank group executive, announced the opening for applications this week.

The respected Rabobank Executive Development Program, now in its thirteenth year, was designed to develop and enhance the business management skills of leading farmers from Australian and New Zealand.

The program introduces participants to the latest practices in business management and how they can be directly applied to their farm businesses. Areas include the following:

  • Leadership
  • Strategy and planning
  • Finance
  • Human resources;and
  • Value chain management and marketing.

Angus Taylor has been appointed as the program director of the Executive Development Program, following the retirement of Dr John Morris.

Applications for the Rabobank 2012 Executive Development Program are open until Friday 1 June 2012. Only thirty-six applicants will be accepted from across a range of commodities throughout Australia and New Zealand. The programme will take place in Sydney with the first module taking place from 19th until 24th August.
