Recycled Plastic Technology , based in Moama, New South Wales, manufactures pipes and accessories from 100% recycled plastic. Durable, strong but light weight, these pipes are marketed under the name “The Green Pipe.” The Green Pipe is certified with AS 2566.1:1998 and AS/NZS 1462.22:1997.

The Green Pipe is made from used HDPE plastic. The Green Pipe is available in the standard length of six metres but in different diameters such as 250mm (10"), 300mm (12"), 375mm (15"), 450mm (18"), 525mm (21") and 600mm (24"). The weight of these pipes ranges from 45 kg to 220 kg. The Green Pipe is eco-friendly and non-toxic. It is easy to transport and can be cut and welded with minimal effort. Due to its light weight, this pipe can be easily installed even in demanding environments.

The Green Pipe can be used in all low pressure water transfer systems. As the Green Pipe is resistant to acid, effluents and saline soils, it is extensively used in storm water and sewerage systems. Due to its longevity and ability to tolerate heavy weights, the Green Pipe is well suited solution for culverts and crossings.

The Green Pipe is used in flood irrigation, vineyard drainage, plantation dam works and prawn farm maintenance. The Green Pipe’s high resistance to salinity and barnacle build-up makes it suitable for the marine industry too.
