These thermoplastic posts and fencing products are cut with liquid cooling agent so that there is no salvage left as they are washed at the cut which is performed at a slow speed producing a machined finish. This has produced a stronger pointed post which is easier to drive into variable ground conditions especially when using the new Fibopost Drivers.
