Sprayer components manufactured by Vineyard Engineering
Vineyard Engineering design and produce a wide range of sprayers including fire fighters, linkage sprayers, tray mount sprayers, and golf course sprayers. Varied types of sprayer components and spare parts such as booms, low pressure pumps, and medium pressure pumps are also manufactured by Vineyard Engineering.
Vineyard Engineering supply a series of small booms in the range of 3 to 5.5 m. These booms are built with powder coated zinc plated tubular steel. U bolts and mounting brackets are provided with these booms. Protected nozzles and poly tube plumbing are some other important features of these booms. MD booms 6m, MD booms 8-12 m, HD booms cross fold, and side fold booms are the other varieties of booms manufactured by Vineyard Engineering.
Vineyard Engineering produce four types of low pressure pumps namely PTO poly pumps, bareshaft poly pumps, poly pump and gearbox, and engine drive poly pumps. These pumps can be used with the strongest of chemicals and oil bath lubrication is provided to all moving parts. Vineyard Engineering replicate these four types in the medium pressure pump category also. Some features of the Uniboom medium pressure pumps from Vineyard Engineering include resistance to chemicals, unique pulsation damper system, 316 S/S check valves, different diaphragm options, and reduced crankshaft stroke.
