Westholm Wagyu  breed fullblood Japanese Black Wagyu sires. Westholm Wagyu are owned by The Australian Agricultural Company. Westholm Wagyu own three Hongen registered and Japan born champion sires. The sires from Westholm Wagyu are registered with the Japan Wagyu Registration Association. The semen of these sires was exported to Australia and for storage in The USA.

The 001 Hirashige Tayasu sire from Westholm Wagyu were produced by Kedaka bloodlines. The mature weight of the Hirashige Tayasu is 901 kilograms and the mature hip height is 141 centimetres. The scrotal circumferences of this sire from Westholm Wagyu are 39 centimetres. The weight gain in official performance test was also conducted on this sire. The backfat content of the Hirashige Tayasu is 1.9 and the carcase yield is 73.3 percent.

The 002 Itomoritaka sire from Westholm Wagyu were produced by Fujiyoshi bloodlines. The mature weight of the Itomoritaka sire is 916 kilograms. The scrotal circumference is 40 centimetre and the mature hip height is 141 centimetre. The weight gain in official performance test conducted on Itomoritaka showed 1.46 kilograms of weight gained per day. These sire from Westholm Wagyu have strong maternal traits and it is said to work well with Michifuku daughters.
