Ozzi Kleen RP10 Aerated Waste Water Treatment System

The Ozzi Kleen Sewage Treatment System treats up to 2,000 Litres of waste water everyday. Operating on a continuing cyclic, fully aerobic basis, the wastewater treatment is highly effective and efficient, processing it into clear odourless irrigation water in a matter of hours.

Features of the Ozzi Kleen Sewage Treatment Plant
  • No offensive odours
  • Copes with shock loads
  • Low Maintenance Costs
  • Longer life from running parts
  • Polyethylene Tanks are constructed and built to last
  • Inexpensive to run because of its simplicity
  • One tank, lightweight (350kg) and easy to install
  • No restriction on use of normal household cleaners
  • Easier cleanup, no heavy machinery means no lasting scarring is left behind
  • Easy to hide in your garden, all you see is a discrete motor box and small lids
The principle behind the aerobic process is simple. Keeping the organic matter or waste oxygenated, keeps the bacteria found in waste alive. These bacteria, called Aerobic Bacteria, are very aggressive in feeding on the waste, which is a food source high in energy, the waste is consumed very quickly and efficiently.

The Ozzi Kleen Wastewater Treatment Systems are the only home sewerage systems of their kind using activated sludge through cyclic aeration. Most modern town and industrial sewage treatment plants in Australia, and around the world, use this technology.

How the Ozzi Kleen Sewage Treatment System Works
The activated sludge starts to treat your household sewage, (toilets, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry), as soon as it enters the aeration compartment. A complete digestion of organic waste takes place in the oxygen enriched environment using naturally occurring bacteria which utilises the organic waste contributed to the system.

When the system enters its settling stage, the activated sludge settles to the bottom of the tank leaving clarified water on top. This treated water is then decanted and stored within the tank in the effluent holding compartment available for re use on gardens.

Advantages of the Ozzi Kleen Waste Water Systems
  • Ozzi Kleen RP10 aerobic system is totally odourless because the oxygenated water does not permit septic decomposition, or anaerobic processes that produce those nasty unpleasant odours in other home sewerage systems. Even the final irrigation water is completely odourless.
  • Operating on a cyclic process means the Ozzi Kleen RP10 aerator is only running approx. twelve hours per day, significantly reducing your overall running costs, while increasing its life span.
  • The Ozzi Kleen Sewage Treatment System allows you to keep using all your favourite household cleaners, disinfectants and bleaches (in normal use), processing them into harmless compounds, this enables you to go about your normal day to day activities with peace of mind.
  • The tank is backed by a 25 year warranty, all other components are designed to provide years of efficient, trouble free service and are backed with manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Living in a rural or un sewered area, many councils require the installation of an Aerated Waste Treatment System. The Ozzi Kleen Sewerage Water Treatment Systems are fully certified by all health departments and meet all criteria for Australian and New Zealand standards regulation.
  • Woods Waste Water has fully qualified technicians for all servicing and repair needs for the Ozzi Kleen Treatment Plant and all other aerated Waste Treatment Systems.
