Australian Pump Industries  has introduced a new range of high pressure steam cleaners capable of cleaning tractors, sheds and farm equipment, with the steam capability ensuring efficient sanitisation.
With the end of the financial year approaching, many farmers will seek to upgrade their equipment to obtain maximum depreciation benefits or leasing tax breaks.
The Aussie Super Indy from Australia’s leading producer of high pressure water blasters, Australian Pump Industries is an innovative heavy duty steam cleaner, designed particularly for primary producers. The new range includes single and three phase steamers with pressures as high as 3,000 psi.
Adrian Fiatarone, Aussie Pumps' Product Manager explains that the machines are loaded with features to make it easy and safe to use while providing plenty of capability for fast, effective cleaning and sanitising.
Key features of Aussie Super Indy high pressure steam cleaners:

  • Heavy duty impact resistant stainless steel cover in line with food production industry requirements
  • Cover is mounted on a robust steel chassis with integrated front mounted bumper
  • Heavy duty Italian triplex design pumps running at 1450 rpm for long continuous trouble-free life
  • 240 volt single phase machine delivers 1500 psi and 12 lpm flow, reaching 120°C for loads of steam power
  • Three phase machines offer flows of up to 21 lpm
  • Stainless steel burner coils available for rural areas with hard water
  • Timed ‘Total Stop’ designed to shut down machine after the operator releases the trigger of the gun, reducing machine wear and saving power
  • Intelligent Micro Leak control shuts down machine on leak detection, maintaining optimum performance and eliminating breakdowns and downtime
  • Incorporates low water and low fuel cut outs
  • Ergonomic dials for infinitely variable temperature control, changing from cold water to full 120°C steam by turning a dial
  • Steam function ideal for shifting dried mud and biological material from farm machinery, washing down stainless steel equipment and washdown and sterilising of stock sheds
Australian Pump has also developed a great range of stainless steel high pressure hose reels. Designed for machine or wall mounting, the hose reels have the ability to hold up to 75 metres of high pressure hose with the reel rated for hot water to 200°C and pressures as high as 5,000 psi.
