AACC International is a non-profit organisation of members who are specialists in the use of cereal grains in foods. The organisation gathers and disseminates scientific and technical information to professionals in the grain-based foods industry.

According to AACC this year's meeting was a great success with attendees, speakers and exhibitors from over 250 organizations and 80 universities and from 38 countries around the world present in Hawaii.
